Foreclosure and REO inspections are different than the "normal home inspections". Most of the times when inspecting these properties there is no water and or electricity at the property. If you have no water and electric how do you inspect those components? Well you can't but you can to some extent. A lot of the homes have cosmetic deficiencies. (They been trashed) This trashing has to considered in the home inspection. Some of the homes have been sitting vacant for over a year with no utilities or maintenance. This will affect certain components in the home. A number of people bought these homes without a home inspection. How do you as a buyer make the decision as to which home to buy? You can hire a home inspector to inspect that one house or "rentaspector"
I do foreclosure and REO inspections for individuals and investment companies. |
